xx Every cresent moon, the bridges that lead to Cresent Island reappear for the Medicine Cats. This is where cats come to speak to SpiritClan. And if one desperatly needs to talk to SpiritClan, the bridges will appear.

Cresent Island
xx A small cresent shaped island that is located in the center of all the other islands. The Clan's meet here every full moon for Gatherings. There are four small wooden bridges that lead to each Clan's territory. But, after the full moon, they disappear.
